How long is shipping?

Packages are processed in 1-2 business days. Therefore, shipping should be about 3-5 business days following processing thru USPS. Please be advised due to the current pandemic shipping thru USPS has drastically changed. Some shipping delays are expected due to the current state of the postal service.

What happens if I don't receive my package but the tracking says it was delivered?

Once a package is shipped it is no longer in our control. There will be no refunds. Please make sure that your address is correct when purchasing and frequently track you package to avoid any delivery issues.

Can I wash my lashes?

We would suggest not soaking your lashes in water to remove glue or mascara.

How long will my lashes last?

Lashes can last up to 15 times or more with proper care. (See care instructions below)

What are best steps when caring for my lashes?

1. Carefully remove your lashes.

2. Hold the lash firmly and carefully peel glue from the lash band. I would not recommend using tweezers for this step.

3. Once the lash band is free of glue you can use a spolie to clean mascara off the lash hairs.

4. To clean the band use warm soapy water and a Q-tip. Dip the Q-tip in the water slightly and rub the slightly damp Q-tip across the lash band.

5. Allow the band to air dry for a few minutes.

6. Store your lashes in the case and make sure it sticks to the plastic the way it came to you. This helps the lash to keep the shape.
